4 Years ago today...

4 years ago today Scott and I meet for the first time, after many hours of chatting. Neither of us were looking for anything serious. Just someone to talk to and go places with when we had free time.
When Scott got out of his car my first thought was "JACK POT!!!" Here comes this tall, tan, built, handsome man walking up to my door...for me? Really? To this day I am still not sure how I got so lucky! He is more than the man I dreamed for!!

4 years ago this little boy was all I had and I really thought this is how all my pictures would be for YEARS to come...Just me and my sweet little Mitchie....

From that first night with Scott I knew I wanted more, much more....

And after a few months of dating I brought Mitchel into the picture to see how things would go...they were and still are two peas in a pod! Mitchel liked him from day one! And well, Scott has been putty in his hands since then too :)

We moved in together faster than I planned Oct 2006. Not even a year after dating! Most everyone thought I was NUTS! But I knew I was doing the right thing for me and Mitchel.

And it turns out it was the best thing I ever did!

The family I never thought I would be able to give Mitchel.....Scott has been making all our dreams come true from day one!

On Nov 17, 2008 we found out we would be adding to our little family...a little brother for Mitchel!

Our little get away before P arrives.....This was the best trip of my life!

The family I only dreamed of one day having...is really mine :)

Our lives are not perfect and we may not have the "best" of every thing but we are great people, loving parents, and at the end of the day that is all that matters to us! I couldn't feel more blessed to have the 3 of them in my life!!!

8 Months

I am so late with his 8 month picture! But here it is, I promise to get better at this :)





My sweet Peyton,
You are growing up so fast! Every day you are changing and doing new things that just amaze me and Daddy. I love your hugs, how excited you get when you see me coming your way, the way you give me that HUGE smile when you wake up from a nap, how you say Da Da so soft and sweet to him to spring you from your crib (and when he doesn't you grunt, so funny!)
You also have the best big brother anyone could ever ask for! He talks about you all the time in school and your the first one he runs to when he gets off the bus!
There are no words to express how blessed we are to have you in our lives! Thank you for making each day brighter my little Sweet Pea!

My Sweet Peyton,

You are growing so fast and changing so much everyday! It just amazes me how much you seem to change over night!

Here are some of the new things Our little sweet Pea has been up too!

~ sitting up all by himself
~ rolling all over
~ somehow getting all over the living room on his back (he HATES to be on his tummy)
~ loves all fruit and veggies
~ starting turkey w/ rice (loves it!)
~ he now has 2 teeth!!! So cute!
~ says Ma, Da, Ba (and point to my chest!)

Goodbye February!!!!

So I have been a total blog slacker!!! The entire month of February all us took turns being sick!!!

First off, Peyton's 6 month check up (1~26~10) 19 lbs 7 oz and 28 inches! Growing up to be such a big handsome boy!

After his shots he got really sick and ran a high fever all night and into the morning. Went back in to make sure our little guy was OK...from that day on he just got sicker and sicker! After 2 ER visits and many more doctor appointments they told us he had RSV. After 3 weeks of our poor little baby being sick he is FINALLY back to his old self!

Mitchel, Scott, and I are finally better too! Thank god!!!
